Senior Legal Counsel Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Advisory: Offer expert legal advice on a wide range of issues including corporate governance, compliance, contracts, and regulatory matters. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and various departments.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements. Ensure that contractual obligations are met and manage any disputes that arise.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Implement and oversee policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
- Litigation Management: Oversee and manage litigation matters, including working with external counsel and ensuring effective case management.

Qualifications:
